At Wipro Limited, I architected and developed an enterprise AI platform combining RAG, LLM orchestration, AI agents, and automated knowledge ingestion for secure semantic retrieval across healthcare data and records.
I implemented hybrid retrieval using vector search, BM25, metadata filtering, and reranking to improve relevance and response accuracy while reducing hallucinations in clinical and operational workflows.
I also engineered LLM-powered services that turned fragmented operational data into summaries, recommendations, and decision-support insights, and built FastAPI microservices for orchestration, search, document processing, and observability.
On my DocuMind AI project, I built a self-correcting RAG system with a Faithfulness score of 1.0 and a production-ready application with streaming and request-level monitoring. I also developed a seven-agent feedback intelligence platform with moderation controls, human review, and a real-time dashboard.
