What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine lab operations and strong analytics skills—cleaning data in SQL/R, building dashboards in Tableau, and using systems like LIMS—to support accurate reporting, clear communication, and continuous learning.

I manage time-sensitive environmental sample intake, verification, and data entry, ensuring Chain of Custody records are accurately logged into LIMS and that final reports and invoices are delivered on time. I coordinate secure shipping, receiving, processing, and administrative tracking, while acting as the primary liaison between clients and laboratory staff to resolve inquiries and streamline workflows.

Alongside my lab operations experience, I’m building a strong analytics foundation through North Carolina State University’s Applied Statistics and Data Management Certificate and Google’s Data Analytics Certificate. I completed training across the data life cycle, using SQL, R, and spreadsheets to clean, transform, and analyze datasets, and I designed dashboards and data visualizations with Tableau.

I also bring research experience from Appalachian State University and NCSU, where I supported studies on pollinator ecology and pollinator-parasite dynamics. I measured bumblebee thermoregulation using an FLIR infrared camera, conducted field and dataset management, analyzed and visualized scientific data in R, and communicated findings through a scientific poster and presentations.
