What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to transition into an AML/KYC role in a financial services environment, applying my analytical skills, document verification experience and regulatory awareness.

At PLS SOLICITORS AND LAWYERS, I perform client verification and KYC checks, including ID&V and Customer Identification Program checks. I also carry out Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk cases.

In the conveyancing process, I order, track and review property searches, then prepare client reports from legal documents such as contracts, leases and TP1s. I identify key risks and check property, ownership and compliance information.

At American Express, I performed quality checks on KYC and income documents and reviewed applications for accuracy and completeness. I also handled cancellations and escalations in the acquisition process.
