I’m a Senior Engineer – Development, QA Automation (SDET) at Fidelity Information Services (FIS), and I’ve grown from IT Trainee to Software Test Analyst 1 and then to my current role through two promotions. I focus on technical delivery, ownership, and quality engineering that directly improves release stability.

At Hancock Whitney Bank, I served as Product Owner for OAO, OLB, and BAO, owning end-to-end quality strategy and test delivery across 8+ products. I led a full migration from the legacy Selenium + C# automation framework to Playwright + TypeScript, improving maintainability, reliability, and execution speed across multiple banking platforms.

I drive measurable automation outcomes—achieving 80% automation coverage for regression scenarios and 100% automation for smoke tests—while reducing flakiness using Playwright features like auto-wait, tracing, custom fixtures, and resilience patterns. I also collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to raise, triage, and recreate high-severity defects in JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr, earning Kudos and Star Awards for standout delivery on the Ameris Bank project.
