What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role with international teams where I can grow into L1/L2 technical support, network support, and system administration.

I've supported subscribers at GoodLine across Internet, Wi-Fi and routers, IPTV, VPN, and IP intercom camera services, resolving issues and escalating complex incidents when needed.

I configure VPN and provide remote desktop support in Windows environments. I've also worked with D-Link DGS and SNR switches, DHCP, multicast, authentication, and basic network troubleshooting.

Previously at Bodrost, I maintained more than 50 workstations and office peripherals, repaired computer hardware, configured software, and installed and maintained CCTV systems. I'm seeking a remote opportunity to grow into L1/L2 support, network administration, or system administration.
