At Servicio de Salud Talcahuano, I cleaned, validated, and explored data from hospital information systems. I developed and implemented Holt-Winters time-series forecasts of hospital bed demand to support capacity planning across the health network.
For my thesis at Universidad de Concepción, I developed a Support Vector Machine model to detect ECG signals preceding paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. It achieved 75% classification accuracy and ranked second among models evaluated using the same reference dataset.
