What I'm looking for

I want to support organizations in building TÜV-aligned compliance management systems, strengthening AML and data protection controls, and delivering practical training and governance improvements that stand up to external audits.

I’m an Ethics and Compliance Solution Consultant and TÜV-certified independent consultant focused on building and strengthening Compliance Management Systems for organizations that need strong governance, audit readiness, and practical controls. In my current role at EQS GmbH and through my independent work, I help translate compliance requirements into workable processes across teams and verticals.

Previously, I served as Group Compliance Officer at PARK NOW and Compliance and Data Protection Coordinator across NOW joint ventures, building a global Compliance Management System aligned with IDW PS 980. I also led compliance build-ups for AUTO1 Group ahead of a potential IPO and set up CMS after Zalando’s IPO, including trainings (online/offline), business partner due diligence, procurement system setup, M&A/PMI process improvements, and external audit approval aligned to IDW PS 980.
