What I'm looking for

I’m deliberately bringing my B2B systems-thinking and end-to-end product design experience back to health tech, where I can simplify complex workflows and create scalable, intuitive experiences.

I design complex digital products into intuitive, scalable experiences, most recently for BMW Group platforms at Critical TechWorks.

At Critical TechWorks, I led end-to-end design for data-heavy B2B workflows, from problem framing through validation. I helped reduce a core task from five hours to 30 minutes for more than 2,000 users at BMW plants.

Before that, I delivered UX work for clients including Reuters, ISCTE, and OberCom, translating complex requirements into user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes. My academic research experience also strengthened my qualitative and quantitative approach to complex problem spaces.

I began in healthcare by designing Pirte Työterveys' first website in Finland, and I’m now bringing my systems-thinking approach back to health tech through independent case studies.
