I’m looking for a backend role where I can build production APIs and ETL automation end to end. I want cross-team collaboration, data integrity as a priority, and measurable impact through reliable systems and thoughtful user-centric engineering.

I’m a backend developer with hands-on experience building production systems using .NET (C#), Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, and relational databases. I focus on shipping tools that work reliably in real environments, not just in theory.

In my current role, I built a Node.js ETL tool that reduced migration time from a full day to under 5 minutes while processing thousands of records per run. I also developed an offline-first .NET MAUI application with bidirectional sync to keep offline client data consistent with central systems.

Before that, I spent 4 years as a Technical Support Specialist managing 600+ tickets per month for critical healthcare production systems. I acted as a liaison between end users and development, translating failure patterns into product improvements and supporting QA and deployments.

I bring an uncommon perspective: I understand the code and how users interact with it in the real world. My approach blends solid backend engineering with practical empathy, strong documentation, and a focus on data integrity.
