Message

At Louly Incorporadora, I coordinate planning, project controls and QA/QC across concurrent high-rise residential projects with BRL 150M+ in combined GDV. I build schedules, track budget and variance, and prepare recovery plans through handover.

I designed and developed an in-house construction management platform integrated with UAU ERP, replacing multiple third-party tools and bringing planning, feasibility, quality and sales leads together. I also build Power BI dashboards for management.

I'm implementing the Last Planner System, including weekly work plans and PPC tracking, while running inspection checklists, internal audits and non-conformity tracking. I also conduct feasibility studies using GDV, IRR and NPV.

Previously, I delivered residential renovations and custom homes as an independent builder and contractor, and analyzed real estate equity investments at Trinus Co. My experience also includes site engineering at GPL Incorporadora and transportation engineering work at Florida International University.
