For UScellular’s consumer portfolio, I expanded my scope to 50+ applications and kept services stable while meeting incident and outage SLAs. I standardized cutover validation with a Jenkins/Bash pipeline and extended it to the SRE team for post-deployment checks.

Earlier, I owned production readiness and disaster recovery for UScellular’s digital channels, including uscellular.com and the My Account apps. I also built self-service web and mobile journeys for Vivo using JavaScript, AEM components, and Java REST services.
