What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Patient Care Coordinator, Clinical Support Specialist, or Telehealth Assistant role where I can support patients through clear communication, accurate documentation, triage, scheduling, and outcome tracking.

I've managed patient care, scheduling, EMR documentation, and multidisciplinary referrals in high-volume rehabilitation settings, including Oasis Multi Specialty Hospital, Topcare Orthopedic Hospital, and Villa Physio.

At Oasis Multi Specialty Hospital, I led a team of 6+ staff and coordinated care for 20+ patients a day, improving service delivery, mobility, and patient satisfaction through evidence-based rehabilitation programs.

I'm licensed by the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya and bring patient education, outcome tracking, remote triage, and clear English communication to remote patient care coordination, clinical support, and telehealth work.
