Mary Shamay Ferrer

I am a Registered Civil Engineer with experience in construction project management, quantity surveying, and site engineering. I currently work as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor at Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation, where I handle construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and handover. My responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, tracking project progress and costs, managing construction contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. I also have hands-on experience in cost estimating, procurement, tendering, and preparing bills of quantities and scopes of work. Prior to my current role, I worked as a Site Engineer and QA/QC Trainee Engineer, gaining practical experience in site execution, quality control, material monitoring, and coordination among different trades. I have completed professional certifications in Construction Management through UP NEC, covering project management, cost estimating, and construction scheduling and analysis. I am committed to delivering organized, cost-effective, and quality-driven construction projects.
