At Reality Academy, I designed and managed a VR application, MDM application, and SaaS training platform used by clients including L'Oréal and SNCF. I built a design system and a beta tester community with a help center that contributed to a 20% reduction in support requests.

As a freelance Product Designer, I've led end-to-end SaaS work for child welfare services in Seine-Saint-Denis, turning operational requirements into clear flows and redesigning a critical journey to require fewer than three clicks. I use AI-assisted workflows, including Figma AI and Claude, throughout design and prototyping.
