At Mercedes Benz Group Services Phil. Inc., I led the Purchase Requisition Services team and supported accurate transaction processing, financial controls, documentation, and compliance. I also supported and implemented a process improvement initiative that streamlined Finance Operations activities and continues to be used in daily operations.

As a Finance Operations Subject Matter Expert, I handled complex transactions and escalations while coordinating requirements, documentation, and knowledge transfer for project migration activities. I worked with international stakeholders and process owners to resolve discrepancies and support process transitions.

Earlier, I processed and validated vendor invoices, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders in Invoice Management and Purchase Requisition Services. I also investigated discrepancies, monitored pending approvals, and supported quality checks and process improvements.
