Mary Grace Gaspar

I’m a Legal Coordinator who supports dispute resolution by attending conciliation conferences and coordinating with both internal teams and external parties. I’m focused on making sure legal concerns and case requirements are handled accurately and on time.

I draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance. I also maintain and organize confidential case files securely, while monitoring timelines, deadlines, and legal requirements to help meet corporate and government policy expectations.

Earlier, during my work immersion at the Bataan Parole and Probation Office, I assisted clients by profiling and listing detailed information, and classifying information based on names, dates, and violations. Through my leadership work, I’ve also built a habit of researching issues and drafting clear, issues-based statements for publication.

I bring analytical and practical tools to my work, using Stata, RStudio, and Microsoft Office alongside my strengths in organizing, writing, and research. I enjoy roles that require careful documentation, follow-through, and thoughtful communication with people and teams.
