At BartleBeyl,Inc.-KFC (2016–present), I ensure that actual cash deposits match sales for all assigned stores through matching, clearing, and validation of transactions. I handle adjustments and reversals, prepare and submit Certified Monthly Sales Reports, and support compliance activities tied to lease contracts.
I also prepare monthly Profit and Loss Statements for at least 120 KFC cost centers (stores), monitor, record, and reverse inventory movements, and verify that inventory pricing is updated and consistent. Using tools like SAP and QuickBooks Online, I maintain accurate records and make accrual and review-based adjustments as needed.
Before this, I served as a Payroll and Billing Specialist (January 2013–April 2014) and previously worked as an Accounting Assistant, strengthening my foundation in APV preparation, billing accuracy, payroll processing, and supplier/invoice handling.
