I'm building thoughtful, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences through independent UX/UI projects including ShiftFlow, WorkBowl, and Lolly Abayas.
My work spans an AI shift-worker daily organiser, a food-ordering experience, and an e-commerce experience. I use user flows, wireframes, UI design, prototyping, visual design, information architecture, and design systems to shape clear product experiences.
Alongside design, I've worked as an Airport Service Agent at Emirates Airline (dnata), an Online Customer Support Agent in tech and hospitality, and a Secretary at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait.
My background includes a Bachelor of Information Technology with a double major in Software Engineering and IT, plus UX/UI certifications from California Institute of the Arts and Google.
