I’m a Data Analyst / Data Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering data-driven solutions across donor-funded and development programmes. I turn complex, fragmented datasets into actionable insights that improve programme performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

In my recent role, I analyze programme performance data, build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI tracking, and create automated data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks. I’ve also designed Python-based automation that reduced data preparation time from 4 days to under 30 minutes, while supporting data quality assurance aligned to safeguarding reporting standards.

I bring strong experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, including Mastercard Foundation and World Bank–supported programme contexts. I also enjoy designing interactive dashboards in Power BI and Metabase, applying analytics for forecasting and performance tracking, and delivering scalable reporting workflows that help teams make faster, better decisions.
