Martha Mlambe

At NkhomaSynod - Education Department, I work as a Bursar/Administrative assistant at Chidothi Christian schools. I prepare school budgets and monthly financial and administrative reports.

I handle petty cash and reconciliation, write cheques for payments and procurement, and issue receipts for student fees. I also take part in the procurement process and maintain the school procurement system.

My work includes managing the front office, providing secretarial support during meetings, and preparing travel and accommodation advances. I also supervise support staff and prepare weekly returns on school fee collections.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Jubilee University, a Diploma ABE-Level 4, and certificates in Secretarial studies and Computing. I use QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools in my administrative and financial work.
