Manual QA Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience testing web applications and REST APIs, including test automation with Playwright and TypeScript. I approach testing as an investigation: understanding requirements, questioning assumptions, and looking for the conditions under which a system can fail. My main focus on both finding defects and understanding their impact on the product.

Currently expanding into AI Quality Assurance and LLM Evaluation, and using generative AI tools to speed up test design, defect investigation, and documentation as part of my day-to-day QA work.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Proactively identified functional, integration, and edge-case defects through exploratory testing and analysis beyond documented requirements.

• Performed end-to-end validation across Web UI, REST APIs, and database layers, using SQL to verify data integrity and investigate backend inconsistencies.

• Converted manual API scenarios into automated checks using Playwright and TypeScript, contributing to a maintainable regression-testing approach.

• Applied Generative AI and LLMs to test design, edge-case generation, requirements analysis, defect investigation, and QA documentation to make testing more systematic and efficient.

• Developing hands-on expertise in LLM evaluation, prompt engineering for software testing, AI-assisted testing, and Human-AI Interaction, with a focus on evaluating AI systems for quality, reliability, and predictable behaviour.
