At Alper Seguros, I led Product Discovery for a co-payment initiative, drawing on interviews with operations, sales and management teams and analysis of 584 tickets from 2025. Mapping how data moved through billing helped me recommend not building the requested screen until the evidence supported that decision.
For benefits implementation initiatives, I mapped existing processes through interviews and redesigned them in BPMN for automation in Lecom. I also identified that the business unit’s loss of visibility came from how subprocesses were modeled, rather than from the automation itself.
At OpenCircle, I worked on approximately 10 web and mobile products across different segments, adapting the design process to changing deadlines, scopes and product maturity. I led an onboarding redesign validated through usability testing that raised the success rate from 83.3% to 100% and reduced incorrect clicks by 35.9%.
I also built Lunarie, a digital library for digital and physical books. I designed the screens and system and implemented the product with AI tools, using verifiable metadata sources and keeping AI as a user-requested last resort.
