At Humanity, I led development activities for a large-scale Workforce Management platform, coordinating frontend and backend delivery across multiple feature areas. I owned technical planning, architecture decisions, implementation priorities, and delivery quality while staying directly involved in development.
At VM Innovation Consulting, I lead software consulting engagements from requirements analysis and solution definition through implementation and delivery. I work directly with clients to turn business requirements into technical plans, and I stay involved in implementation, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
At Leopi, I designed and implemented PHP and MySQL backend functionality for eCommerce projects, internal systems, and client solutions. I also contributed project-specific functionality for the Institute of Nuclear Sciences “Vinca” and mentored interns and junior developers.
