I’m a Financial Associate II at Fidelity Investments, where I conduct data-driven analysis to identify client service gaps and recommend operational solutions. I deliver weekly KPI and performance reports to leadership, analyzing trends across regional teams to support data-driven decision-making. I was also selected for internal finance job shadowing, gaining hands-on exposure to SAP-based financial reporting, enterprise data workflows, and performance analytics—and I earned a “Rising Star” award for performance and problem-solving excellence.
Before that, I managed 3,000+ client interactions with >90% quality evaluation scores and zero compliance defects, and I served as Peer Guide to mentor new associates and improve onboarding.
