Mark de Guzman

Hey there! I’m Mark Joseph de Guzman, a Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on TIBCO BusinessWorks, BPM, and Full Stack Development. I’ve been in the tech industry for over a decade, building, integrating, and optimizing enterprise-level applications.

Right now, I’m working at CITCO, where I handle everything from developing BPM applications and managing deployments to certificate renewals and network configurations. On top of that, I’ve expanded my skill set into Node.js API development, React.js, and integrating TIBCO BW APIs with Azure APIs, basically making me a Full Stack Developer.

Aside from my main role, I also take on client-based work at Genzeon (since May 2023), where I develop TIBCO BW 6.+ applications, provide support, automate data reprocessing, and handle deployments on the TIBCO Cloud Integration Server. One of my biggest contributions there? Automating data gathering for reporting—saving time and making things way more efficient.

Before this, I worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPe) and UST Global, where I focused on Master Data Management (MDM), system monitoring, and automation. I also played a key role in fixing TIBCO-related issues and enhancing legacy applications.

I’m an AWS Certified Developer - Associate, and I love working on cloud-based integrations and automation. Problem-solving is what I do best—whether it’s fixing critical issues, improving system performance, or finding smarter ways to automate workflows.
