What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in nursing while continuing to strengthen my infection-prevention and safety focus. I want a collaborative team where I can deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and support smooth clinical workflows while transitioning into LPN practice.

I am a compassionate and motivated Practical Nurse (LPN) student with hands-on clinical training, grounded in patient care, medical terminology, and safety protocols. I bring over four years of healthcare experience as a Certified Sterile Processing Technician in a high-volume hospital setting.

In my current role at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, I perform decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and trays. I collaborate with OR teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments, maintain inventory, and prepare surgical case carts based on procedural requirements. I adhere strictly to infection control and safety standards, supporting patient care indirectly by ensuring every sterile supply is ready and functional.

Through my clinical nursing experiences across skilled nursing, medical-surgical, oncology, pediatrics, mental health/psychiatric, and postpartum care, I strengthen my ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered support. I am dedicated to delivering safe care, continuously improving my practice, and growing in the nursing field through continual learning and growth in the nursing field.
