Maritza Lizeth Vargas

I am a passionate general physician with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. My journey in medicine began at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, where I earned my Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree in 2023. Since then, I have gained valuable experience in various medical settings, including outpatient and emergency care.

Currently, I work as a Medical Practitioner at MEDIRED, where I manage patient care and medical records, ensuring that each patient receives the attention they deserve. My previous role as a Medical Interpreter has honed my communication skills, allowing me to effectively bridge the gap between English and Spanish-speaking patients. I pride myself on my empathetic approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
