I’m looking for a role where I can own financial operations end-to-end—bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, reconciliations, and audit support—while partnering with teams in an environment that rewards accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and clear deadlines.

I’m a financial operations specialist with over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, VAT compliance, procurement, payroll, and multi-entity financial management. I’m known for precision, loyalty, and proactive problem-solving in deadline-driven environments.

In my current role at Scope Technology Group, I manage daily bookkeeping across a group of companies—capturing bank and credit card statements, supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable, and preparing VAT submissions for South Africa and Ireland. I also process payroll on SimplePay and support monthly reconciliations, reporting, and year-end adjustments.

Previously, at Winlex E (Pty) Ltd T/A Clippa Sales, I handled local and overseas procurement and GRNs, completed ABSA Balance of Payments (BOP) forms and forex journals, and conducted supplier reconciliations and year-end adjustments. Earlier experience also included creditor and debtor support, aged analysis, and payment reminders.

I bring a strong systems-and-compliance mindset, working confidently with Pastel, Sage Evolution, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, and Zoho Books, alongside Excel-based reporting.
