At Cnopf Children’s Hospital and Klinik Hallerwiese, I worked in pediatric and obstetric anesthesia across a broad surgical case mix and in intensive care. I applied clinical guidelines, SOPs and safety checklists when making time-sensitive decisions with incomplete information.

For my doctoral thesis, “Vagal modulation through breathing exercises in rheumatoid arthritis,” I designed the study protocol, intervention and outcome measures. I conducted a systematic literature review, built ePRO questionnaires and managed study data in REDCap; the study ran fully remotely.

I'm now moving into healthcare AI evaluation and applied medical research. I bring evidence-based clinical reasoning, experience in research design and evidence synthesis, and a trained eye for clinically plausible errors in large language model outputs.
