At Northrop Grumman / ITA International, I advised commanders and agency security managers on Air Force information, personnel, and industrial security programs. I conducted annual staff assistance visits to assess program effectiveness and oversaw controls protecting classified information.

I also oversaw security-violation inquiry processes, maintained metrics for trend analysis, and implemented ongoing security education and training for agency security managers. My work included reviewing and submitting tier investigation requests through e-QIP.

In the United States Air Force, I was selected as Installation Security Program Manager, processed 45 security clearances, and trained more than 130 unit security managers. I revitalized a dormant Information Security Program and authored the first 332 Air Expeditionary Wing operating instruction.

At Honeywell, Inc., I maintained personnel-status records and reporting for Army Materiel Command personnel in the Theater of Operations. I also coordinated community activities in the United States Air Force Reserve, including a CARE/STEAM event that educated more than 80 youth.
