I've protected classified programs and national security assets across 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and defense contracting. Most recently, I supported Crew Training International's Facility Security Officer with NISPOM and DCSA compliance.
I managed DISS personnel security actions for approximately 2,000 employees, including clearances, indoctrinations, debriefings, onboarding, and separations. I also delivered SETA and insider threat training, administered foreign travel requirements, and supported inspections and corrective actions.
Previously, I directed security operations for 150 nuclear missile facilities and led teams of more than 80 personnel. I've developed OPSEC and force-protection plans for sensitive operations, multinational exercises, senior-leader visits, and Department of Defense missions.
