I lead QA across mobile and web products, and at inDrive I coordinated testing standards for 5–7 QA engineers across the mobile architecture cluster while bringing in an outstaffed QA team from scratch.
I’ve owned company-wide QA processes and helped establish a postmortem review culture that brought critical production incidents from several per week to 1–2 per quarter.
Hands-on, I work across iOS/Android using Xcode and Android Studio, manage test cycles with Jira/TestRail/Qase and AllureTestOps, run API checks with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI, and use AI-assisted workflows like Claude Code to refine test design and automation strategy.
