What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help learners build real math understanding through personalized 1:1 and small-group STEM instruction, structured feedback, and assessment-ready preparation, in a supportive, improvement-focused team that values clear explanations and measurable progress.

I’m a licensed Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer who teaches with a strong STEM mindset—always translating difficult topics into clear, step-by-step reasoning for my learners. I focus on fundamentals, logic, and mastery, not just quick answers, so students build confidence they can reuse.

Since 2024, I’ve delivered 1:1 and small-group tutoring to local and international students through independent and freelance roles, providing 1,000+ Math and Science lessons. I adapt to different academic systems (including U.S. curriculum standards and IGCSE framework) and use structured feedback and progress monitoring to improve performance.

In my current roles, I deliver online Math instruction aligned with individual learning gaps and curriculum objectives, evaluating student solutions in real time and refining explanations based on misconceptions and progress. I’ve also maintained approximately 80% demo-to-paid conversion by clearly demonstrating instructional value, problem-solving approach, and learning outcomes during trial sessions.

I also bring classroom experience from teaching ESL in Japan (2020–2022), which sharpened my ability to meet learners where they are and keep instruction engaging across proficiency levels. Beyond teaching, I served as Vice President for External Affairs (Sept 2022–April 2023), strengthening partnerships and representing my organization—skills I carry into how I communicate, collaborate, and support students.
