Marian Bade Claire Sumaylo

I’m a passionate, student-centered mathematics educator and cum laude graduate with strong teaching foundations in Mathematics. I bring a clear, scaffolded approach that meets learners where they are and helps them build real arithmetic and mathematical confidence.

Through student teaching, I independently delivered engaging Mathematics lessons to diverse grade levels and helped drive heightened academic performance. I collaborate with master teachers on lesson planning, activities, and student assessments, and I consistently adapt instruction based on learners’ needs, learning styles, and pace.

In classroom and learning-support roles, I strengthened learning through organized environments, effective instructional materials, and meaningful feedback. I’m comfortable using educational technology tools and teaching in diverse (including virtual) settings with a focus on engagement and classroom management.

I aim to keep lessons structured, supportive, and results-focused—so students feel capable, understand concepts deeply, and make steady progress.
