What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics operations role where I can track shipments, solve day-to-day issues, and support customers.

At Vale, I supported shipping back-office operations by sending voyage invoices and operational documents to international clients and following up on their requests.

I issued invoices in line with charter contracts, supported the operations team with laytime and demurrage questions, and kept vessel costs and voyage records updated. I also consolidated operational and financial data into recurring Excel reports and team KPIs.

I'm currently an Intern – Market Intelligence at AB InBev, analyzing market share, sales volume, and commercial data for recurring reports. As an Industrial Engineering student at Ibmec BH, I’ve also studied supply chain management and international logistics in China, and I’m fluent in English.
