I’m a Manual QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience testing web and mobile applications, including e-commerce platforms and admin panels. I’m hands-on with functional, regression, UI, API, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, so I can validate both the user journey and the underlying behavior.

I build and maintain Cypress end-to-end automation suites for multiple projects, focusing on critical flows like authentication, ordering, and payments. I also use Claude (Anthropic) to generate, review, and refactor Cypress test scripts and scenarios—improving coverage while reducing test creation time.

On the quality side, I validate APIs in Postman (status codes, payloads, authentication, and error handling) and manage defects through Jira while tracking test runs and coverage in TestRail. I also test admin workflows and role-based permissions in the Nova Admin Panel and verify consistent UI across browsers and devices.

I bring a collaborative Agile mindset, participating in sprint planning and requirement analysis to clarify expectations and reproduce issues effectively. I’ve also mentored junior QA engineers on test design and defect reporting, and I add performance/load checks using JMeter when stability and responsiveness matter.
