What I'm looking for

I seek a finance role where I can lead accounting operations, improve controls, support audits, mentor staff, and contribute to budgeting and strategic resource allocation in a collaborative organization.

I am a results-oriented Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of progressively responsible experience across higher education and private-sector finance functions. I have led month-end close processes, payroll for 300+ employees, budget monitoring, audit coordination, fixed-asset management, and improvements to general ledger integrity.

I thrive in fast-paced organizational environments and am highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. I have implemented process improvements using ERP, Tally, QuickBooks and cloud accounting tools, supported grant tracking and finance model development, and supervised multiple accounting sub-units to ensure compliance and timely financial reporting.
