I currently serve as Assistant Finance Manager where I prepare monthly financial statements, lead budgeting and forecasting, and support strategic decision-making for the Board of Directors.

I have a strong track record of streamlining accounting processes — converting manual systems to fully electronic workflows, reducing paperwork by 90%, and consistently delivering reports ahead of deadlines. I am proficient in QuickBooks, Tally ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel, and I manage payroll, tax compliance (URA/NSSF), bank reconciliations and audit coordination.
