What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Design Engineer, UI Engineer, or Design Systems Engineer role, remotely worldwide or hybrid in Belgrade. I'm also open to relocating within Europe.

For four years at Solveva (B2B insurance and reinsurance), I owned a standalone, version-controlled UI library serving two engineering teams and three products: token architecture in Figma Tokens Studio, React and Tailwind implementation, Storybook documentation, and SemVer releases with breaking-change protection. The
token layer is what lets customers white-label the products at runtime.

🧩 Design systems. Token architecture with Tokens Studio and Style Dictionary, component APIs built for reuse, versioning that doesn't break downstream teams, Storybook as documentation people actually open.

♿ Accessibility. WCAG-compliant components: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, screen-reader support, AA contrast. Currently auditing and rebuilding a project end to end to push this further.

🎨 Modern CSS. Cascade layers, container queries, color-mix(), scroll-driven animations. After fourteen years of layout work, CSS is still the part I find most interesting—the new color spec changed how I build themes entirely.

🎓 Teaching. 4,200+ code reviews and 50+ technical webinars at OTUS, where I hired and led a team of five mentors. Authored the CSS & JS animation course at HTML Academy. Reviewing that much code is why my own reviews are useful, and my documentation gets read.
