I'm interested in corporate, regulatory, compliance, and AI and technology law, where I can contribute to contracts, corporate governance, transactions, and emerging technology regulation.

Trainee Lawyer with a Master’s in Law and Management, focusing on Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory Law.

Experienced in drafting contracts, legal research, corporate governance and compliance.

My Master’s thesis explores the impact of artificial intelligence on corporate governance and directors’ fiduciary duties, with a particular focus on the EU AI Act and corporate decision-making.
