I'm seeking a corporate law role focused on M&A, venture capital and capital markets where I can apply my Portuguese qualification, due diligence and cross-border experience to contribute proactively to local and global teams.

I am a Portuguese-qualified corporate lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and capital markets, bringing international experience and a proactive approach to legal teams.

At Gómez-Acebo & Pombo I directed corporate law efforts with an emphasis on M&A activities, provided guidance on finance and capital markets matters to ensure regulatory compliance, and enabled venture capital agreements through detailed due diligence.

Previously, as Trainee Lawyer and Lawyer at Enes | Cabral e Associados (09/2021–12/2023) I assisted in corporate law projects and specialized in strategies for mergers and acquisitions.

I hold a Masters in Law and Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Faculdade de Direito - Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto, with a dissertation supervised by Doctor José Engrácia Antunes titled 'A Coordenação do Efeito do Registo da Fusão de Sociedades com Outras Regras sobre a Transmissão de Direitos'. I bring strong negotiation, leadership and technological awareness and am eager to contribute to both local and global legal projects.
