What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to cross-border M&A, valuation, debt, or corporate finance mandates, with full U.S. business-hours overlap. I'm set up to work remotely through EOR or independent-contractor arrangements.

I'm supporting live M&A, debt, and corporate finance mandates at Estrategia en Acción, Medellín's largest non-bank investment banking and corporate finance advisory. My work includes valuation and execution support for a completed USD $25M pharmaceutical transaction, reviewing DCF, P&L, and cash-flow models, and delivering two entertainment-sector corporate finance engagements.

Previously at VMS Group, I produced investor-facing renewable-energy research for projects valued at USD $20M+ and supported cross-border valuations across the U.S., Europe, and Saudi Arabia. I also evaluate AI-generated financial analysis for Alignerr and Labelbox, and co-founded FinnVest, a financial-literacy EdTech platform that placed fourth among 90+ startups at the LATAM AI Hackathon.
