What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an investment banking environment where I can lead M&A execution end-to-end, build strong valuation models, and coordinate due diligence and stakeholders with high attention to detail—while continuing to grow across sectors and geographies.

I’m an Investment Banking Analyst with 3+ years in financial services, focused on valuation, acquisitions, and capital-raising across Colombia, Latin America, the United States, and Europe. I’ve also contributed to the go-to-market launch of digital products for startups.

In my current role at Elaxtra Advisors, I lead M&A execution for IT Services (buy-side, sell-side, and capital raises), build valuations using trading multiples and comparable transactions (EV/EBITDA, EV/Revenue), and coordinate due diligence, data rooms, timelines, and workstreams through closing. I prepare core deal materials like CIMs, teasers, NDAs, and contact trackers to strengthen the equity story, buyer/target segmentation, and CRM-driven traceability.

Previously at Valoriza Group, I drove multiple M&A transactions through financial modeling and company valuation (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and market multiples), substantiating projections and presenting to domestic and international investors. Earlier, as a Business / Product Analyst intern at tyba by Credicorp Capital, I supported feasibility decisions with analyses and systematized workflows through code, while managing client relationships and product lifecycle activities. I also served as a Finance Teaching Assistant at Universidad EAFIT, developing workshops and tutoring students in financial mathematics and analysis.
