At Profitero, a Publicis Groupe e-commerce analytics platform serving Adidas, L'Oréal, and 4,000+ brands, I've supported critical SaaS products since 2017.
As the sole QA for ACE, I evolved testing from manual coverage to automation, developing 71+ Java and Selenium UI tests and automating 71 of 88 critical regression cases. This reduced manual regression effort by about 35% and accelerated releases.
I also maintain Jenkins smoke suites, validate REST APIs and databases, drive bug triage and release sign-off, and introduced QA dashboards for bug trends and automation coverage. Earlier, I delivered full regression coverage for the core analytics platform and mentored 3+ QA engineers.
