At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I own production machine learning systems for logistics and courier delivery, processing 1M+ transactions a day. I built a delivery ETA model with 92% accuracy and developed delivery-date predictions that enabled 2-hour delivery windows for 40% of shipments.
I also built data pipelines and automated SageMaker training and batch inference, with monitoring and retraining for production systems. After a full handover, I took responsibility for a multi-tenant RAG chatbot platform on Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and PostgreSQL with pgvector.
