At GotPhoto, I lead the engineering organization as we transition the platform for photographers from a monolith to a modular, service-oriented architecture. I focus on product-led teams, customer feedback, and incremental delivery.

Before becoming Head of Engineering, I managed a cross-functional team at GotPhoto and worked as a Senior Software Engineer on its PHP/Symfony monolith. I contributed to backend features, test coverage, and CI pipelines while supporting the move toward modular services.

At Virtual Minds GmbH, I designed and implemented microservices for AdTech systems. Earlier, at OXID Esales AG, I developed payment integrations for the OXID eShop Enterprise Edition, including native PayPal and Amazon integrations.
