What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance and treasury in an international, multi-site organization where I can strengthen cash visibility, standardize processes, support growth and integration, and partner with management on strategic financial decisions.

I'm leading finance at A.W.P. S.p.A., a PE-backed group, overseeing treasury, accounting, cash flow management, reporting, finance integration, and process alignment across portfolio companies. Previously, I held full responsibility for the Mexican and U.S. finance activities of IMM Inox Market Messico, leading a six-person Finance, Accounting & Controlling team and managing banking relationships across Mexico, the United States, and Italy.

Across more than 20 years in finance, treasury, banking, and operations, I've managed multi-site growth at Integré, supported strategic finance at Prader Bank, improved store performance at Leroy Merlin, and led corporate banking teams at Banca Sella and UniCredit. I bring hands-on experience in IFRS, Mexican GAAP, FP&A, M&A support, due diligence, ESG objectives, financial governance, and international operating environments.
