I've led Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC logistics businesses for JAS Forwarding, DHL, Rhenus Logistics, and a. hartrodt, combining freight forwarding, contract logistics, gateway development, and commercial growth.

As Managing Director of JAS Forwarding Singapore, I held full P&L responsibility for SGD66 million in annual revenue, three operating locations, and 66 staff. I turned the subsidiary from loss-making to sustained profitability, exceeded budget in seven of nine years, and built Southeast Asia air/air, road/air, and sea/air gateway operations managing up to 175 tons weekly.

I led the setup of a 40,000 sqft bonded, GDP-certified pharma and healthcare facility and a 65,000 sqft multi-user ambient and temperature-controlled logistics facility. I have also driven regional strategy, restructuring, cross-border Singapore-Malaysia integration, customer growth, and capital investment initiatives exceeding S$4 million.

I'm particularly interested in operational excellence, process standardization, and applying AI-enabled automation to improve visibility, quality assurance, compliance, and organizational efficiency across supply chain operations.
