At GFT Poland, I work across banking and digital assets, including core banking modernization with Mambu and Thought Machine. I’ve also contributed to Web3 custody platform work, specifying smart contract control logic and APIs connecting ledgers with blockchain infrastructure.
For a core banking migration, I directed discovery and delivery across lending, digital onboarding, payments, and card management, mapping integrations between Mambu, CRM, workflow automation, and Kafka event streams.
Earlier at UTAPLAST, I directed IT infrastructure, ERP/MRP automation, quality systems, and production planning across OEM manufacturing operations. My work also includes AML/KYC implementation, regulatory reporting, and Agile delivery.
