I built a full data pipeline that consolidated five sources into a unified dataset, then analyzed more than 120,000 retail cleaning product transactions and used K-Means to identify commercial segments. I also modeled weekly sales with SARIMA, compared results against a multiple linear regression baseline, and generated forecasts with 95% confidence intervals.
In my 2026 projects, I developed a six-page Power BI sales dashboard and SQL analyses of retail sales, and created an interactive water and sanitation dashboard using official UN data. At TTEC México, I analyzed behavioral patterns and risk indicators for fraud detection, documented investigations, and identified operational improvements.
